Who we are
This website belongs to Sebastian Bronk (DJ and producer). Questions about your data: kat@sebastianbronk.com.
What we count without cookies
When you use a link that runs through sebastianbronk.com (such as sebastianbronk.com/go/…, a Tickets button or a platform button on a release page at sebastianbronk.com/r/…), we count the click. We store which link or platform it was, the time, your time zone, your browser language and the website you came from. We do not store your name, email address or a cookie. We use these counts to see which links and posts work.
Free downloads (sebastianbronk.com/d/…)
If a free download asks for your email address, you give it to get the download and to receive news and free music from Sebastian Bronk by email (you tick the box yourself; it is never ticked in advance). We store your email address, which download it was, the time, your time zone and your browser language. Only Sebastian Bronk and his manager can see it; it is not shared or sold. You can unsubscribe from every email, or ask us to delete your address at any time via the address above. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
The other steps of a download (follow on Spotify or SoundCloud, join a WhatsApp group) only open that app or page. We do not log in to your account and do not receive your account details; we only count which step was clicked, without your name or email.
What we measure only if you accept
If you click Accept in the cookie notice, the site loads the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) and the Google tag (Google Ads, Google Ireland). They receive your visit and the clicks you make here: music links, social links, the booking email, tickets and links via sebastianbronk.com/go/. Meta and Google use cookies and information about your device for this. We use it to measure our ads and to show ads to people who are interested in the music and the shows. Meta and Google may process this data outside the EU. If you click Decline, or make no choice, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta or Google.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings (also at the bottom of the home page).
Hypeddit download pages are a separate service with their own cookie notice and privacy policy.
Hosting
The website runs on Google Firebase. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver the pages. Release pages show the cover image from Deezer's image server, which also receives your IP address to deliver the image.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Send an email to the address above. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
